Instructions for brushing teeth properly with Colgate toothbrush and toothpaste:

• Brush teeth thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dentist.
• Use at least 1g of toothpaste each time.
• Children under 6 years of age should only use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste, with adult guidance to avoid swallowing.
