Instructions for using a Colgate toothbrush:

1. Brush the outer surface: Position the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle, gently vibrate, and brush up and down.
2. Brush the inner surface: Similar to the outer surface.
3. Brush the chewing surface: Brush back and forth.
4. Brush the inner surface of the front teeth: Position the toothbrush vertically, gently vibrate, and brush towards the chin.
